The 3D Tifo Mounting set premium contains six coordinated components for setting up manually operated 3D tifo systems and movable stadium choreographies. The set is particularly suitable for constructions without aluminium poles, where banners, fabric elements or other lightweight tifo components need to be guided, redirected, secured and reliably fastened using a rope system.
The set includes 30 metres of wire rope, 20 aluminium crimping sleeves, one crimping tool for crimping sleeves, 5 lightweight aluminium carabiners, 5 compact pulleys and 200 metres of robust 3D Tifo standard rope. Using the crimping sleeves and the matching crimping tool, the wire rope can be formed into stable attachment loops. The carabiners and pulleys then allow the individual components to be connected flexibly and the tifo rope to be guided in a controlled manner.
3D Tifo Premium Rope
The 3D Tifo Premium Rope is a high-quality static rope designed for demanding 3D tifo installations, large-scale choreographies and professional events.
With a diameter of 9 mm, a breaking load of 21 kN and low elongation, it provides a high level of stability and safety. Its robust kernmantle construction and Thermo Shield treatment ensure consistent rope performance, high abrasion resistance and pleasantly smooth handling.

Lightweight Aluminium Carabiner
The aluminium carabiner serves as a reliable connecting element between the round sling, pulley and other components of the construction. Its low weight makes it particularly suitable for tifo systems with multiple connection points.
The 22 mm gate opening makes clipping and unclipping easier. The triple-locking mechanism, key-lock closure and large rope-bearing surface provide comfortable handling and reduce the risk of snagging.
The maximum load ratings are:
- 22 kN along the major axis
- 8 kN along the minor axis
- 7 kN with the gate open
Compact Pulley for Controlled Rope Guidance
The lightweight aluminium pulley enables smooth, low-friction rope guidance. Its movable side plates allow it to be quickly installed in or removed from existing systems.
It is suitable for ropes with a maximum diameter of 13 mm and is therefore perfectly matched to the included 9 mm premium rope. The pulley supports the controlled movement, tensioning and positioning of banners and fabric elements within a 3D tifo construction.
Stainless Steel Wire Rope
The stainless steel wire rope has a diameter of 5.0 mm and a 7x19 construction. It is a soft and flexible wire that is also acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The minimum breaking load is 1,328 kg (13 kN). Within the 3D tifo construction, the stainless steel wire rope is important for securing the pulley to the roof structure.
Crimping Pliers for Crimping Sleeves
The crimping pliers for aluminium crimping sleeves are a reliable tool for the secure processing of wire ropes in 3D tifo constructions. With an overall length of 600 mm, the pliers provide optimal force transmission and ensure the precise and permanent crimping of oval aluminium crimping sleeves.
The pliers are designed for wire ropes with a diameter of 2 mm to 5 mm and are therefore ideally matched to our aluminium crimping sleeves. This allows stable wire rope loops and reliable connections to be produced quickly and efficiently.
5 mm Aluminium Crimping Sleeve
This tested aluminium crimping sleeve, manufactured in accordance with EN 13411-3, is a reliable connecting element for rope constructions used in 3D tifo installations. Its oval shape makes it particularly suitable for creating stable wire rope loops. It can be used to connect wire ropes quickly and securely or to secure them to attachment points.
Important Safety Information
The load capacity of the complete system is always determined by the weakest component used, the respective attachment method and the specific construction. Therefore, the round sling's load capacity of 1,000 kg does not automatically apply to the entire set. The included premium rope is intended for lightweight, manually operated 3D tifo systems and is not suitable for heavy loads or for lifting people.
All components must be inspected for damage, abrasion, deformation and wear before every use. The attachment points, rope lengths and required quantities must be selected according to the requirements of the individual project.
