Ideal for large choreographies: Screen-printed flags
Screen-printed hand-held flags are particularly suitable for larger quantities and designs with only a few clearly defined colours. Printing on our lightweight FlagTex Screen polyester fabric with a weight of 60 g/m² achieves 100% colour penetration. As a result, the design appears almost identical on the front and back.
Compared with digital printing, screen printing offers advantages for simple designs and large quantities, while digital printing is better suited to photos, colour gradients and highly detailed graphics. Compared with sewn hand-held flags based on predefined patterns, screen printing allows for significantly more individual designs and logos without being limited to simple fabric patterns or colour areas.
Ideal for individual orders: Digitally printed flags
Digitally printed hand-held flags are particularly suitable for individual, detailed and complex designs as well as for small to medium production runs. Using CMYK direct-to-textile printing, almost any colour values, logos, photos, fine details and colour gradients can be reproduced brilliantly on our 70 g/m² FlagTex polyester fabric.
Compared with screen printing, digital printing is especially worthwhile for smaller quantities and complex designs, as there is no limitation to just a few printing colours. Compared with sewn hand-held flags based on predefined patterns, it offers significantly greater creative freedom, as fine graphics, logos and photorealistic designs are also possible. Due to the single-sided printing process, the design appears mirrored on the reverse side, while retaining an almost identical colour effect.
Ideal for classic designs: Sewn flags based on patterns
Hand-held flags sewn according to predefined patterns are particularly suitable for simple, single-colour or multi-colour flag designs and offer a cost-effective solution for larger fan displays and stadium choreographies. They are made from lightweight, tear-resistant polyester taffeta with a weight of 55 g/m² and impress with strong colours and a classic textile appearance.
Compared with digitally printed and screen-printed hand-held flags, their main advantage lies in the simple and cost-effective production process when no complex printed design is required. At the same time, the flags can subsequently be individually painted or lettered using our fabric paints.
