The crimping tool for aluminium ferrules is a reliable tool for securely processing wire ropes in 3D tifo constructions. With a total length of 600 mm, the tool provides optimal leverage and allows precise and permanent crimping of oval aluminium ferrules.
The crimping tool is designed for wire ropes with diameters from 2 mm to 5 mm and is therefore perfectly matched to our aluminium ferrules. This allows stable rope loops and reliable connections to be created quickly and efficiently.
The ergonomic handles are coated with non-slip plastic to ensure a secure grip during operation. Despite its robust construction, the tool remains easy to handle with a total weight of only 2.5 kg.
A special feature is the integrated wire rope cutters located on the outer sides of the crimping head. These cutters allow wire ropes to be trimmed directly to the required length, often eliminating the need for an additional tool.
Thanks to its solid construction and simple handling, the crimping tool is ideal for quickly creating secure rope connections for stadium choreographies, event installations and professional 3D tifo constructions.
