What is the difference between digitally printed, screen-printed and sewn flag scarves?

Digital printing is particularly suitable for individual and highly detailed designs with many colours, colour gradients or photos.

Screen printing is especially interesting for designs with clear colours and larger quantities.

With a flag scarf sewn according to a pattern, the design is created by combining different fabric colours. This version is particularly suitable for classic club colours, stripes and simple geometric patterns.

Which printing method is suitable for a detailed design?

For elaborate graphics, many different colours, photos or colour gradients, we recommend digital printing. Thanks to our textile direct-printing machines, even complex designs can be reproduced in great detail and with high colour brilliance.

When is a screen-printed flag scarf suitable?

Compared to digital printing, screen printing also allows Pantone colours to be used. This can make it a better choice when club colours need to be reproduced as accurately as possible. In addition, screen printing is more cost-effective for larger quantities and is therefore ideal for large-scale choreographies.
