We produce double holders printed with your own design. The double holder in digital printing is made from our selected Flagtex polyester fabrics with a weight of 70 grams/m² and 110 grams/m². Our fabrics stand out due to their high-quality craftsmanship, strong tear resistance, identical slightly glossy color, and smooth surface texture. Additionally, the fabrics are weatherproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The 110 grams/m² material is ideal for flags up to a size of 4x4 meters. The material is highly durable, which is especially beneficial for use in tightly packed standing areas. Due to the higher fabric weight, the print on the backside may vary slightly in color for pale shades. This refers to a color penetration of 95%.
The 70 grams/m² material shows strong color reproduction on both the front and back. Here, there is a 99% match in the color image. The fabric impresses with its perfect waving characteristics.
With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to brilliantly reproduce any color values, photos, and gradients. The color design is done using the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric on one side using textile direct printing. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. After application to the textile, it is fixed at around 180 degrees. As a result, the print on the backside appears mirrored.
The printing width of our machines, and thus seamless production, is 310 cm. If larger dimensions are required, a color-matched seam is added.
The hem on both sides is adapted to the overall color design of the double holder and is thus not only tone-in-tone but also precisely tailored to the graphic design of the double holder. The double holder is produced with a double industrial seam and is fully convincing with its high-quality craftsmanship and corresponding durability. Custom-made products in special colors, sizes, or quantities can be produced in our in-house textile manufacturing upon request. Please note the corresponding care instructions.
The FlagTex polyester fabric is manufactured with flame-retardant properties according to EN 13501-1. This is the European successor to the German DIN 4102-B1 standard.
