The seat cover foil roll is made from our standard PE foil and has a thickness of 40 µ (0.04 mm). The standard foil roll is divided into a format of 0.75 x 100 meters with an additional industrial cut. The foil is thus doubled and has a total length of 200 meters with a width of 75 cm.
The seat cover foil roll stands out for its lightweight without compromising on tear strength. The surface structure is matte and water-resistant on both the front and back. The color intensity can also be described as matte and vibrant. The foil has a high color content and can be considered almost opaque.
With a width of 75 cm, the foil is ideally designed for a standard seat shell. One roll can cover up to 300 seats. The foil roll is highly efficient in processing. It is stretched over an entire row of seats and secured at each seat top (top of the seat backrest or slightly backward on the backside) and bottom using a special fabric tape. The fixation with our special fabric tape is therefore invisible. The fabric tape is included in the set.
The cover can withstand wind and weather for several months.
