The automatic 3D system has been specifically developed for spectacular stadium and arena choreographies. The system is based on specially certified chain hoists that can also be used above spectators and therefore meet the highest safety requirements.
The chain hoists are equipped with a special control system that enables the synchronized lifting and lowering of up to five hoists at the same time. This allows large-scale 3D tifo constructions to be moved precisely and in a controlled manner. Each individual chain hoist can carry a load of up to 250 kg.
With a span of up to 15 meters between the individual chain hoists, large grandstand areas can be efficiently covered. When using five hoists, stands with a width of up to 70 meters can be spanned.
The maximum lifting height of the chain hoists is 35 meters, which corresponds to the height of approximately 99 % of arenas worldwide. At the same time, the system operates extremely fast: the hoists can move loads at speeds of up to 35 meters per minute. This means that a 3D choreography can reach its final position in about one minute.
The system requires professional planning and installation as well as additional components such as trusses and connection parts.
