The aluminium pole in the 1-point design is a specially developed construction element for 3D tifo curve shows. Its key strength lies in the combination of low weight, compact size and high flexibility. This makes the pole particularly easy to transport, assemble and integrate into complex choreography constructions.
The aluminium pole standard is connected using a conical friction-fit connection. The connectors are already included in the scope of delivery. Only a light aluminium hammer is required as a tool, allowing the poles to be assembled quickly and efficiently.
With a length of 200 cm and a diameter of 50 mm with a wall thickness of 2 mm, the pole offers high stability while remaining lightweight. Within 3D tifo constructions it acts as a reliable stabilizer for large-scale choreography elements.
A practical advantage is that the aluminium pole becomes almost invisible from a distance of around 10 meters, ensuring that the visual appearance of the choreography remains unaffected. At the same time, it offers a high load capacity of up to 227 kg per meter with evenly distributed loads.
The pole weighs only 1.4 kg per running meter. Despite its strength, the deflection under evenly distributed load is only around 4.8 mm. This results in an ideal combination of stability, flexibility and ease of handling for professional 3D tifo constructions.
